Tasting Notes: A vibrantly fresh, fruit forward style of Pinot Noir, grown on granite soils at 530 metres above sea level. This wine has a tight pallet structure with underlying mineral freshness and finishes with some lovely savoury flavours. The pallet is long and well balanced and will reward cellaring.
