JAPANESE WHISKY

To make sure that its makers are more transparent as to what’s in the bottle, The Japan Spirits & Liqueurs Makers Association has laid out strict guidelines for its members as to what they can call Japanese whisky.

JAPANESE SAKE

Sake is an alcoholic drink made from fermented rice. Often referred to as nihonshu (日本酒) in Japanese, the drink enjoys widespread popularity and is served at all types of restaurants and drinking establishments.

PLUM LIQUEUR FRUIT LIQUEUR

Japanese plum wine is a popular liqueur made by steeping green, unripe Japanese plums in a strong distilled alcohol with sugar. The resulting alcohol is a refreshing, sweet and sour drink that has been enjoyed for over hundreds of years in Japan.

JAPANESE RTD

Strong Zero is a brand of RTD owned by Suntory. As with other types of RTD, it is available in a variety of different flavours, and is often sold at convenience stores and vending machines. The "strong" portion of the name comes from the fact that the drinks can be as high as 9% ABV.
