This Cabernet Sauvignon was grown in the heart of the Coonawarra wine region, know for the famous Terra Rossa soils. This wine has been handcrafted to combine the bold blackcurrant fruits with the rich flavour and earthy tannins for which the region is renowned. Maturation in French oak for 24 months has added spice and vanilla flavours, combined with the smooth and soft finish. Best matched to lamb or beef dishes.
