Nigori

Nigori (にごり酒) is a lightly filtered Japanese sake, or nihonshu (日本酒), known for its signature cloudy appearance and creamy texture. Fine rice solids are retained during production, giving it a soft, full-bodied mouthfeel, often balanced by gentle sweetness, rich rice character and refreshing acidity.
