History: Founded by the Isawa family, formerly of Katsuyama Brewery, Akiu Heart Rock Sake is a newly established craft sake project based in Sendai, Miyagi. Its name is inspired by the heart-shaped hollow in the rocks of nearby Rairaikyo Gorge.
