BREWERY

For more than a century, Kikkawa Jozo has brewed sake at the foot of Mount Oyama in Isehara, Kanagawa. The brewery balances time-honoured methods, including yamahai, with a restless spirit of experimentation.

PRODUCTION

Its AFURI sake is made entirely with mineral-rich spring water filtered through the mountain, giving each expression a poised, crisp character and distinctive minerality.
