Founded in 1924, Okazaki Shuzojo is a small, hand-crafted sake brewery on the banks of the Abu River in Hagi, Yamaguchi. Through its Chomonkyo label, the brewery expresses the purity of this remarkable landscape.

PRODUCTION

Its sake is shaped by the clear waters flowing from the scenic Chomonkyo Gorge and made primarily with locally grown Yamaguchi sake rice.
