After being carefully blended from the original baijiu produced in ancient cellars, it is stored in Zisha clay bottles from Yixing, Jiangsu. Because these clay bottles have a porous, net-like structure of varying sizes, the baijiu can breathe freely inside, earning the nickname "living wine."
