Located in Kashima City, Saga Prefecture on Kyushu Island. Yano Shuzo utilises pristine underground spring water for sake brewing.
The distinct climate of Kyushu delivers stable fermentation conditions, enabling the brewery to focus entirely on junmai-style sake.


The brewery aims to “express Kashima through sake,” crafting sake that remains light yet structured, pairing beautifully with diverse cuisine.
Sake is shaped by premium rice, pure water and local terroir. Their dedicated brewing team pursues outstanding Saga sake with consistent traditional craftsmanship.
