The unique ecological conditions of South Australia provide an ideal and distinctive environment for the production of the premium and rigorous Star Crossing Shiraz. Star Crossing Shiraz is made from fully ripe grapes, carefully selected and de-stemmed, then gently crushed using an airbag press. It undergoes low-temperature maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and is aged for 8 months in American oak barrels. This process maximizes the retention of the grape's fruit aroma and extracts high-quality tannins.
