“Angel Wings 1880” carries the honour for being blessed by one of the origins, an oldest Shiraz vine from 1880 living in The Old Vines Vineyard, McLaren Vale. The small land only measures 5 hectares which contains the old vine who’s being experienced 140 years of time, becoming even more solid and robust with those criss-cross roots and branches, firmly presenting with the accumulation of strength, practice and training. The wine made from it is a rare specious nectar carries tremendous complex in flavour, dropping into gold on the palate. This Shiraz embraces the most elegant tannins, leading to flavours as spiced preserved fruits, black plum jam, fresh bread yeast, complex earth and a just enough touch of overwhelmed Moore flavour. All of which reflects the empowerment from the time, gentle, yet firm and steady, moist, but mellow and delicate. The aroma lingers as the time goes by from the sunset to the moon hangs in the sky.
Only 666 bottle being produced (2.25L). It’s a ultra premium wine that offer to the VIP clients. Every bottle has its unique number and also come with a wooden box.
