This is truly an extraordinary wine that was hand harvested from Shiraz vines planted circa 1880 in McLaren Vale. The wine has been made using small batch minimal intervention techniques, with no fining or filtering involved at any stage. The result is a full, natural expression of the fruit and terroir.
